Study an ancient Art form!

Looking for a fun but effective way to get in shape or just a little ‘me’ time?

People have always enjoyed dancing together, in villages, courts, in classrooms and on stages.

It is an incredibly transformative and empowers you.

I create a safe and nurturing environment for my students to come together to learn the art of Oriental Dance. It is a fun way to become physically fit, release endorphins, recharge self confidence and connect with your body.
